Peer review system
Peer review system: reviewers evaluate without creating an account
Stop chasing your review committee one by one. Abstracts go to reviewers in one click, reviewers evaluate from their link, and the system reminds late reviewers for you.
Wibilet peer review system lets congress organizers assign abstracts to reviewers, have reviewers evaluate without an account and notify authors of the decision automatically.
Sound familiar?
What changes with Peer review?
Abstracts go to reviewers as email attachments, replies come back in another thread
Abstracts and evaluations live in the same panel
“Have you had a chance to look?” messages go on for weeks
Late reviewers get an automatic reminder, then you get an alert
Reviewers do not want to sign up for yet another system
Reviewers evaluate from a single link, no account needed

What is the difference?
Running an event with spreadsheets, forms and email vs. Wibilet
Most events still run on a registration form, a spreadsheet and an email thread. Here is how the same work runs on Wibilet:
Registration and attendee list
Form answers are copied into a separate sheet and cleaned by hand
In the panel the moment people register; your existing list uploads in one go
Invitations and tickets
Emails one by one, no idea who received them
A personal QR ticket goes out by email on registration, and by WhatsApp if you want
Check-in at the door
Staff search a printed list, queues build up
The QR is scanned in a second; check-in keeps working even if the internet drops
Who actually came
Lists are compared after the event
Who entered, when and which hall: live in the panel
Attendance certificates
Prepared one by one from a spreadsheet, sent even to no-shows
Only for checked-in attendees, automatically, with the name they typed themselves
Post-event report
Days of compiling
Ready the moment the event ends
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How does the peer review system work?
The organizing committee assigns an abstract to a reviewer. The reviewer receives a personal link, reads the abstract and enters a decision. The result lands in the panel and is sent to the author.
What happens to abstracts that need revision?
The author fixes the abstract and uploads it again on the same submission; the revision history is kept in the panel and the abstract goes back to review.
Can one abstract be assigned to more than one reviewer?
Yes. You can send the same abstract to several reviewers and see each reviewer’s decision separately.
What if a reviewer is late?
The system sends the reviewer a reminder 14 days after assignment; if there is still no evaluation at 21 days, you get an alert. The secretariat does not have to write to each reviewer.
