What devices are needed for check-in?
An iOS or Android phone is enough. For high-volume entry, turnstile or handheld terminal integration can also be used.
Can the same ticket be used twice?
No. A ticket is marked as used on the first scan; on a second scan staff are warned and the turnstile doesn’t open.
